Rising above Addiction

Phoenix House has been providing substance abuse services in Texas since 1995 and currently operates programs in Dallas, Austin and the Houston/Galveston Bay area. Among these are two Phoenix Academies for teens in Austin and Dallas – residential high schools that provide comprehensive drug and alcohol abuse treatment to adolescents while helping them catch up academically. In recent years, Phoenix House has expanded its focus to provide prevention and education programs for Texas teenagers.

Our Programs

Residential

Phoenix House operates Community Residences throughout the country for people who are struggling with substance abuse and diagnosed mental illness. Licensed by local and state agencies, our residential programs offer a structured, safe and supportive living environment where clients can receive comprehensive treatment. Outpatient

Phoenix House offers emergency help, evaluation and referral services, and short-term treatment for clients who are living at home.

Center on Addiction and the Family (COAF)

Help and Hope for families affected by alcohol and other drug abuse.
